For almost three decades, SRD has served the needs of the most discerning homebuyers, delivering unmatched quality and craftsmanship.  The majority of their business comes from word-of-mouth, which is a testament to their excellence in building relationships and exceptional homes.

Scott and Steve Dingle, owners of SRD Building Corporation, started their building experience early, as teenagers, helping their father first remodel a family home in the Keys and later helping him build a home from the ground up.  It was in those early years that both Scott and Steve Dingle learned the importance of making sure that corners aren’t cut at the expense of quality.  It was also through this process that Scott and Steve realized that they enjoyed the building process and later decided to pursue a career in building residential homes.  After completing college and both obtaining their General Contractors Licenses from the State of Florida, they decided to establish SRD Building Corporation.

Currently Scott and Steve Dingle’s footprints are everywhere in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club.  Over the years, the 130 plus luxury homes they’ve built in this community have helped set a standard that others strive for.  They have used integrity, honesty and a sense of community as their foundation, and understand the importance of putting the best interests of the customer first.
